RTEL engineers have completed the installations of MISTER CA call accounting and billing platform at the Hellenic Transmission System Operator. The MISTER CA is an integrated accounting and billing application for IP based PBXs as well as Internet wired and wireless Hotspots. Additionally, it incorporates attractive features such as XML services, email alerts and interfaces to external databases, ERPs and PMS applications.
Hellenic Transmission System Operator use MISTER CA for centralized accounting, reporting and billing of all voice calls that span throughout its IP networks. The IP PBXs are Cisco Call Managers and currently there are 200 phones in use.
