The RTEL Professional Services include support of ICT systems in the hospitality sector, banking, health-care, local authorities, ATMs, POS, Telecom systems etc, as well as development of Web and Database applications. Over 7,500 service calls were done successfully in 2008. Additionally, there is a separate department that provides services and support for Cisco Unified Communications and Wireless solutions. There are qualified staff holding many Cisco certifications as well as having extensive field and support experience throughout Greece.
