Mister Care is a smart ICT system for elderly people with a purpose to help them to perform tasks that they could not do before, hence significantly improving their daily welfare.

Please read the following usage scenarios and see how we can help you improve your quality of life.

The elderly person stays alone at home for many hours per day.

1. If the door is open:
   • the individual will be informed by an audio message to close it, and
   • if there is nobody else at home, a relative will be informed by a message on his/her cell phone
2. The stove has been forgotten switched on.
   • the individual will be informed by an audio message to switch it off, and
   • if there is nobody else at home, a relative will be informed by a message on his/her cell phone
3. It’s a hot day and the temperature inside home has been increased.
   • the individual will be informed by an audio message to switch on the air-conditioning.
   • if the temperature does not revert to normal a relative will be automatically informed by a message on his ⁄ her cell phone, and
4. Suddenly the individual is feeling sick.
   • Using the Mister Care bracelet a doctor and⁄or a relative will be automatically notified
     (or with a push button) with a message to their cell phones.
5. The elderly person presses once the Panic Button.
   • A relative will be informed by a message on his⁄her cell phone about the emerging situation
6. The elderly person presses twice the Panic Button.
   • A doctor will be informed by a message on his ⁄ her cell phone about the emerging situation
